株式会社エコーズエンターテインメント（以下「当社」）は、当社が運営するブランド「Cuepost」およびHub Seriesに属するアプリケーション（Troute Hub、以下総称して「本サービス」）をご利用いただくお客様の個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」）およびその他関連法令に基づき、適切に取り扱います。本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本サービスにおける個人情報の収集、利用、管理について定めるものです。Echoes Entertainment Inc. ("we", "us", "the Company") operates the brand "Cuepost" and the Hub Series application (Troute Hub, collectively "the Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and manage personal information in connection with the Services, in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.

本ポリシーにおいて「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法第2条に規定される情報をいい、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、メールアドレス、その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別することができるものを指します。「利用者」とは、本サービスを利用する全ての方を指します。"Personal Information" in this policy refers to information as defined in Article 2 of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, meaning information relating to a living individual that can identify the specific individual by name, email address, or other descriptors. アカウント作成時のメールアドレス、お問い合わせ時の氏名・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容、サブスクリプション契約時の決済に必要な情報（決済処理はApp Store、Google Play、またはStripe等の外部決済サービスを通じて行われ、当社がクレジットカード番号等を直接保持することはありません）。Email address at account creation, name, email address, and content provided through inquiries, and payment information required for subscriptions (payment processing is handled through App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other external payment services — we do not directly store credit card numbers).

アプリの利用状況（機能の使用頻度、書き出し回数等の匿名化された統計データ）、端末情報（OS、端末の種類、アプリバージョン）、クラッシュログおよびパフォーマンスデータ、IPアドレス（アクセスログとして一時的に記録）。App usage data (anonymized statistics such as feature usage frequency and export counts), device information (OS, device type, app version), crash logs and performance data, and IP addresses (temporarily recorded as access logs).

7. データの保存期間7. Data Retention

当社は個人情報を利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り保存します。アカウント情報はアカウント削除後30日以内に削除します。お問い合わせ内容は対応完了後1年間保存した後、削除します。利用統計データは匿名化された状態でサービス改善のために保持する場合があります。アクセスログは取得から最大90日間保存した後、削除します。法令により保存が義務付けられている情報は、法定期間中保存します。We retain personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill its purpose. Account information is deleted within 30 days after account deletion. Inquiry content is retained for 1 year after resolution, then deleted. Usage statistics may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement. Access logs are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted. Information required by law to be retained will be kept for the legally mandated period.

本サービスは16歳未満の方を対象としておりません。当社は意図的に16歳未満の方から個人情報を収集することはありません。16歳未満の方が個人情報を提供されたことが判明した場合、当社は速やかに当該情報を削除します。保護者の方で、お子様が当社に個人情報を提供した可能性があると思われる場合は、お問い合わせページよりご連絡ください。The Services are not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. 本サービスの運営にあたり、収集した情報が日本国外のサーバー（クラウドサービス等）に保存される場合があります。この場合、当社は個人情報保護法に基づく適切な保護措置を講じた上で、データの移転を行います。利用者は本サービスを利用することにより、本ポリシーに従ったデータの国際的な移転に同意するものとします。In operating the Services, collected information may be stored on servers outside Japan (such as cloud services). 本ポリシーの解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠するものとします。本ポリシーに関する紛争については、当社本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office as the court of first instance.
